Good
Sandos has the best accessible bathroom of anywhere i have stayed. Hotel is on several levels but plenty of ramps and lifts. We hired a mobility scooter but didn't get a lot of use from it as there is no promenade to stroll along. We went to the nearest village on the scooter which is up a steep hill - wouldn't have managed it with my husband pushing my wheelchair. Hotel has several pools a couple are heated and a couple are adult only. Hotel is all inclusive - fantastic food and great range of drinks. Would go back as bathroom is so good but would hire a car to get to other towns.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
Hotel is on several levels. Plenty of lifts and ramps and even a tunnel. Definitely need an able bodied person to help you get around .
Parking & Transport
Excellent
Free parking at the hotel. We got a taxi from the airport which is less than 10 mins away and cost !5 Euros. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to Playa Las Americas which is great if you are able to get on and off a bus.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
Best accessible bathroom I have ever stayed at. Great disabled toilets around the complex
Staff
Excellent
Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them.
Additional Information
Some airplane noise but didn't bother us.
