Overview
Mostly level, interesting views, almost all is accessible in a wheelchair, power chair, walking aid. If you can get to the bird hide you might see kingfishers. The tearoom has a huge array of home made cakes and there are plants for sale. Check the website for more details. https://www.gooderstonewatergardens.co.uk/
Transport & Parking
No public transport nearby (there might be local bus?). Parking plentiful and easy, Companion ticket (two for one) for wheelchair users but make sure you ask. There is an annula season ticket - well worth getting if you live locally.
Access
Most of the access is level, with surfaces ranging from paved, to grass to compacted earth. Some paths not accessible due to uneven surfaces or to weather conditions. Bridges mostly accessible as is the bird hide but you may need to work out the best way to reach this. There is a map and the bridges themselves are numbered which makes it easy. Lots of seats at regular intervals.
Toilets
Large accessible toilet near the tearoom, not far from the entrance. Plenty of space for manoeuvring and for a carer. Grab rails.
