This is not for everyone but if you can make it, Goresdale Scar is an amazing landscape and the path enjoyable to take. Help may be needed in all likelihood on a few short sections (bumpy and uneven). This route is featured in the Miles Without Stiles series. A laminated route card is available from the Visitor Centre in Malham. Or check out the Yorkshire National Park or Miles Without Stiles websites.
Disabled Access In and Around

The first part of the path is through the campsite - a rough track through a field. Access is through a wide gate from the road. The National Park class this as a route "for all" - I hate to disagree but whilst the route does not have steep sections, you will need sturdy wheels capable of off road work (I use the excellent Viper Powercycle) and possibly some assistance on rocky sections (scree slope sheds rocks onto the path in large quantities in a few places) in order to do this.
Parking & Transport
Bad
Parking is informal. Take the road from Malham up towards the Scar (signposted). Parking at roadside and therefore not designated as blue badge. It's popular here so you take a chance on there being space.
Accessible Toilets
0No loos here. Nearest accessible loo is the Lister Arms in Malham or the Visitor Centre also in Malham.

Additional Information
If you got suitable wheels, well worth visiting. I came here when I was able bodied so pleased to come back. Only the very last section up to the falls is inaccessible but a good view can be had.
