Step free access to hotel. Lift available to all floors. One area for improvement would be access to thedining room where breakfast is served. Disabled visitors must use staff lift, and travel through the staff corridor in order to gain access.

Spacious bathroom. Wet room with powerful rain shower.

Staff

Exceptionally helpful, especially the concierge team. In advance of our arrival they arranged hire of mobility equipment. Staff were keen to help throughout our stay.

Excellent central location for exploring the city. Excellent food, wonderful cocktails and exceptional service. Highly recommended.
