Overview

Finally, we found an affordable family all-inclusive where ramp access was thought into the design! The rooms were spacious and food, entertainment, and their private pier and ‘beach’ all had ramp access. The staff were always happy to help during mealtimes as well. It was so refreshing to visit somewhere and not worry whether I’m going to get stuck somewhere or not be able to access my room or other parts of the resort. Also, working air conditioning in Turkey is always a plus! We booked this through EasyJet who couldn’t give an accessibility review, but we were very pleased. Would recommend for mobility impaired travellers.

Transport & Parking

We took the EasyJet transport, which was not very accessible but the hotel was much better.

Access

There were plenty of lifts and I had ramp access to the whole resort. I didn’t notice braille but it may have been there. Seating on level access was plentiful, or down the ramp, you could dine by the sea.

Toilets

I did not see accessible loos in the resort but the room bathroom was large enough. More grab rails would be useful though.

Staff

Staff were kind and helpful, as well as accommodating.
