Overview

They put some effort into making the SEN disability session friendly with reduced noise and lighting however, this made it difficult for my blind partner to distinguish between the orange and black on the trampoline mats. The front desk wasn't manned and elevator hard to find, but once there access was mostly level. The staff wore masks but visitors did not. Lockers were not large enough to fit my cane, and the disabled loo was closed for cleaning. The safety agreement was either on a screen with no speech to text or on laminated card so it was not blind friendly. The safety video did not work. Overall, dissapointed and would not return, but at least carers got in free and it was half price. (Carers only get in free during their "special" disability sessions for 1 hour, twice a week and price cut only applies then. Disabled individuals cannot use their blue light discount *and* get a free carer)

Disabled parking at XCite was good but some distance from door.

Access

Toilets

They exist, but all 3 were closed for cleaning

Staff

Staff were polite and didn't require/request any proof of disability/carer status. They however also didn't intervene when we were mobbed by children in an unsafe manner.
