This Greggs isn't the best one I've been to but it did the job. The entrance is level access with automatic doors, and there is a lowered section of counter to pay in a wheelchair. The eating in section was too crowded with chairs for me to use, and I couldn't get in the toilet. My assistance dog was not denied access, however I have heard from locals that theirs were.
