The Best Western Grosvenor Hotel is centrally located in the town, close to the RSC and Swan theatres. It is a comfortable hotel with good facilities for disabled guests. Staff are helpful and friendly.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
Access to the main areas of the hotel are flat and spacious. Adapted rooms are on ground floor level.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
There are 3 disabled parking bays at the rear of the building and ramped entrance to reception from there. Doors are heavy, however, and assistance may be required to open them.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
There are accessible toilets close to the bar and restaurant.
Staff
Excellent
Staff are helpful and friendly.
