Good
The staff are really helpful and the shop has level access, but if you are looking for cycle equipment you need to ask for support as the cycling equipment is all upstairs and does not have lift access.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
Level access from the car park to the shop, but there is a heavy front door to open. As I mentioned, the cycle section is upstairs without lift access, which is frustrating.

Excellent
Loads of disabled bays right in front of the store
Accessible Toilets
0Not sure if there is a toilet.
Staff
Excellent
Staff were really helpful and got the tubes etc that I needed from the cycle section.
Additional Information
Staff member came out to the car to check my tyre which I had gone to replace. Really helpful and great service.
