Overview
Friendly venue on a split level site but with ramped access and space to get around for the most part, but salad bar is up steps and inaccessible. What makes this venue good is the friendliness of the staff. The downside is the food. Who serves chips ready salted? Feel like they could do with more signage. It wasn't clear which was the best way in.
Transport & Parking
Not sure if there is any public transport nearby as this is just off a busy A13 junction. The car park is big but I believe it still gets very busy on sunny days as there is a large outdoor area. We went on a showery day so there was no-one outside.
Access
The site is split level which means you cannot get to the salad bar in a wheelchair though the waitress offered to help bring anything. Its a typical Harvester with lots of tables hiding round nooks and crannies but there is sufficient space in the central area to get around. We came in from the back where there are steps but also a ramp. There is also ramped access from the car park to the front though not the smoothest of ramps.
Toilets
The disabled toilet had enough space and a red cord down to the floor. If you come in from the back it is immediately in front of you .
Staff
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered to remove two chairs to make space for the power chair and were just generally very pleasant and helpful.
