Good
Centrally located with huge coffee cups. Henry's Coffee House is a great place to relax in City Square. The coffee house has a step-free entrance and sheltered seating outside.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
A wide, level-access entrance into the coffee shop with glass door. The door isn't automatic however. Once inside, there are lots of tables and chairs on the one level, with a small raised seating area to one side. The best seat is just in the door to the left by the window - it's got the most room around it! Watch out when it's busy - the queue at the coffee counter can get a bit crowded as people try to pass by with trays (you have to order at the till).
Parking & Transport
Good
I'm not sure where the nearest parking is as City Square is pedestrianised, but the main bus stops are a short walk away.
Accessible Toilets
0I didn't use these, but there was a Radar key operated accessible loo at the back of the restaurant. The only downside I could see was that you have to go through a door into a corridor to reach it.
