Overview

This lovely little museum was quite a find. It is 2 interconnected rooms of an old Railway station. Filled with toys of yesteryear. As a mobility scooter user I was hesitant to visit because of the smallness and the geography of the building. I need not have worried. The Curator was so friendly and accommodating, fetching a ramp, moving some of the displays so my scooter could negotiate the space. She was so kind and made me feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble

There was no visible signage that told me disabled facilities would be available. However hubby went in and spoke to the lady curator who pulled out all the stops to help me, ramps etc.
