Good
Generally accessible, although I definitely needed the whole family to act as human brakes/throttles on the really steep hills
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
After doing the drive around (polar bear! Goslings learning to cross the road! Deer! Prehistoric horses! Bison! Camels!) we first tried to go up the road at the far end of the car park, but it proved too much of a challenge for me and the scooter (skiddy gravel). So we started at the other end instead, and with the help of extra muscle power from my family I think I saw just about everything (tigers! snow leopard! Wolverine! Arctic fox!).

Accessible Toilets
Good
I used the loo at the car park and it was spacious, with grab rails. Bit of a bump to get in, and slightly awkward to open the door because of this - needed someone outside to hold the door open while I took a run-up.
Staff
Excellent
The keeper who we asked to help us out with elk-spotting couldn't have been nicer.
Additional Information
Some really steep hills which might be beyond you - but there's plenty to see even if you don't make it all the way up. A very enjoyable day out :)
