Overview
A step-free entrance, a lift to all floors, friendly staff, room to manoeuvre within the shop - definitely a good experience for a wheelchair user.
Transport & Parking
Zillions of buses go up and down Oxford Street. There are no step-free stations nearby, though if you're very patient, Bond Street Station may be step-free some time in the next five years. I wouldn't dream of trying to park in this area.
Access
The entrance is step-free, the display racks have enough room to pass between them comfortably in a wheelchair, there is a (rather ramshackle) lift to all floors - the lift doors open just before the lift arrives, which is slightly creepy. Overall a very comfortable and easy and pleasant experience shopping here.
Toilets
I didn't find a toilet.
Staff
The staff are lovely. I was offered help, with tactful and unobtrusive friendliness, if I wanted anything from the higher racks - top marks.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
I would definitely recommend this shop to wheelchair users.
