Access good into hotel lifts are good size bit of a wiggle with wheelchair getting into the room didn't use wheelchair in bar or restaurant too busy so I used walking stick

In the rooms the pull cord for assistance are not in each side of bed one on one side the other on opposite side of room no reset button the button is outside the room door there is a pull cord in bathroom no accessible rooms have showers all are over bath showers so was supplied a bath board, I quieted their logic reception staff not happy that I asked
