Good hotel but noisy plumbing!

Good
We stayed for two nights in July 2024. Clean hotel with excellent food. Noisy shower drain gave a loud gurgle sufficient to wake guests in neighbouring rooms. We returned to the same room a week later and the noisy drain was still not fixed!
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
Carpeting throughout the hotel and heavy fire doors are not disabled friendly. The bed would be comfortable for an able-bodied person (as my wife found) but the lack of a profiling bed, which raise the occupant’s head and feet, made it difficult to go back to sleep. I woke at 4:00 am and couldn’t get back to sleep.
