This hotel is in need of a spruce up. The disabled parking is some distance away from the entrance - which is ramped to be fair. Reception has no lowered desks but staff came round to be level with me. The bedroom was an accessible room with shower. You can see from the photos that the room has a couch - actually a fold out bed - but it blocks access to the side of the bed. The bathroom is not great. It’s got a shower seat but the dodos are not easy to reach and the water goes everywhere. It left me unsure about walking on the floor after the shower and when I went into the loo later. There are rails but I’m not sure what purpose some of them served! The wash hand basin is lower but there’s a very large bin under there! Access to the restaurant is up a ramp from reception and the staff are very good at bringing anything needed. I’d think twice about coming here again mainly due to the wet floor post shower
