A gem of a hotel/restaurant just off the A303 serving fantastic food. For a ver old period property the access is far from perfect but we made it work.
Disabled Access In and Around
Average
The entrance door is wide with gentle slope but the Coir mat is like a cattlegrid for wheelchairs so I needed help over it. There is a small step up to the bar area so I opted to go directly into the restaurant which was level and spacious. We had arrived unnanounced with no booking but were given a perfect table next to the roaring fire - table is a perfect height with no annoying table legs blocking access.

I travelled to this place by personal vehicle
We were fortunate to park ight next to the entrance door but the the large carpark is a sea of gravel.
Accessible Toilets

There is no accessible WC for non resident guests but I have emailed the hotel as I think there maybe facilities in the conference centre.
Staff
Excellent
I could not fault service and the food was both fantastic and delivered quickly. The menu is huge and everything we had was fairly priced and of the highest standard.
