Excellent
Good easy access but incredibly noisy with music playing, loud arcade games as well as the bowling itself. Easy to have sensory overload.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
Access was good with ramps in but there are large doors which you must pull towards you to go in. They make things difficult.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
Plenty of free parking but there is no public transport to this very large leisure complex. A fair walk from the nearest bus route.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
The toilet was a reasonable though not generous size. The pull cord did not reach to the floor.
Staff
Excellent
The person on the desk was very helpful in arranging a wheelchair accessible lane. It is hard to hear what is being said though due to the general high noise level.
Additional Information
Even using ear loops the noise levels were a bit of a problem.
