Good
Fabulous location, Eco- hotel right next to las Ramblas. Great room and communal areas only slight drawback was the lift was slightly small meaning it was a bit of a squeeze for me in my wheelchair but we managed.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
Ramps good, the room was spacious, I think we were in the family suite. There was plenty of room once inside our room but the lift and the landing area were tight. The communal area for breakfast and chilling out on the ground and first level were really nice. The bathroom in the room was fine. There was a lip in the shower but they had provided a shower stool without me asking.
Parking & Transport
Good
We took a taxi but in fact we could have got the metro or the bus from the airport as they are both wheelchair accessible. The taxis drive right through the pedestrian areas of the cities but I’m not sure what would happen if you hired a car.
Accessible Toilets
Good
They had made an effort downstairs communal area, which was nice, but the space was tight. I could manage. No changing places. Fine in the hotel room.
Staff
Excellent
If I could give them 10 I would. So helpful and friendly. 24 hour concierge. Great advice about where to eat, whatever you were looking for.
