Nice staff, not the best venue

The room was mostly accessible to me, and the staff member was very nice. My main issues are that the rooms are located in the back of a very busy arcade which makes getting to it in a wheelchair challenging, and the accessible toilet were broken at the time of my visit, with no alternative availabile. Enjoyed my visit but wish they had clear access information online.
Disabled Access In and Around

To get to the escape rooms you have to travel through a busy arcade which is very noisy, has flashing lights, and is quite crowded. I found it rather difficult to get through as a wheelchair user, and it was very overstimulating. Inside the escape room was fine (I did Alcatraz). The lighting levels were low and there was enough room for me to get around with 4 other players, I wouldn't recommend going with any more people if you have a larger mobility device! There is no seating available within 2/3 of the sections of the room. The last section of the room has a thick carpet which was rather difficult to get through in my manual wheelchair, but possible. There were only 1 or 2 puzzles which I wouldn't have been able to do due to them being high up or involving reaching.
Parking & Transport
Good
There are accessible parking spaces outside, however they were all occupied, several by non blue badge holders. I was able to double park elsewhere in the car park but there is no safe pedestrian path through the parking lot so it was a bit sketchy. There were plenty of other parking spaces available though, especially for a Saturday afternoon.
Accessible Toilets
Bad
There is an accessible toilet. It's placed midway through the arcade so is a faff to get to. It's radar key only and is behind a reasonably heavy door you may struggle to open independently. When I attended this bathroom was out of order and there was no other alternative availabile.
Staff
Good
The staff member I saw was very friendly and I couldn't fault them. I would like the staff managing the website to include clear access information and contact details for individual venues as trying to find out if they were accessible to me wasn't particularly easy.
Additional Information
To get to the rooms you must travel through a busy, tightly crowded arcade. I imagine this is not ideal!
