I have experience of challenges around: accessing toilets and moving around.

Great shopping experience BUT Only one disabled toilet for extremely busy place. Queuing is in a very public, awkward place between the male and female toilets (which are plentiful) No lift to upper floor of ladieswear Tiny lift to upper floor of menswear; lift officially for staff not public. Have to find a person who is free to take you there - not always easy
