Overview

The shopping centre has good disabled access, with level access available throughout the different entrances. There are numerous lifts located throughout the centre to reach all levels.

Transport & Parking

Broadmarsh has it's own multi-storey car park location just next to the centre, which has a number of disabled car parking spaces. There is also Broadmarsh bus station where all major bus routes stop at, this is located in the underground of the centre, with a level access available. Nottingham train station is also less than 5 minute walk away.

Access

All the entrances into the centre are level access, but one or two shops have steps up to one of their entrances. There are lifts available on each level, which are clearly signed.

Toilets

Disabled toilets are available in the centre. They are located on level 2, along with the rest of the toilets.

Staff

The staff at Broadmarsh are all very friendly and willing to offer help and support to all customers.

I would recommend intu Broadmarsh Shopping Centre, as it has a wide variety of easily accessible shops with access by different forms of transport. The shopping centre also offer Shopmobility, which is a service offering a free hire of standard and powered wheelchairs, as well as powered scooters.
