This hotel has a ramp at the entrance and accessible toilet just off the foyer. The foyer is spacious and there is a slope up to the seating area of the bar and also for the restaurant. Staff were super helpful. I also used the spa facilities which are in a different part of the hotel but the carpark covers both parts and there are blue badge spaces at each entrance. There is a long gradual ramp from the carpark into the spa and swimming pool area. The pool has gradual steps and a good handrail which are close to the changing area. I had a spa treatment and the access was stair free and staff very helpful.

The loo itself is spacious, well equipped and very clean. My only slight concern was that it is behind a general door off the foyer which could be tricky for someone on their own. The toilets are well positioned though in the foyer and the door to the accessible loo slides open so is very easy to use and lock.
