Overview
Lovely place, spread out so all animals have room, sadly not all Accessible....could improve
Transport & Parking
Easy enough drive and plenty of disabled parking
Access
I would do recommend for manual chairs or inexperienced power chair users. Paths are primarily gravel so chair tended to wheel spin as 97% of paths are either incline or decline. I couldn't access the woodland walk due to very muddy paths and few steps, muds not usually issue but paths were very steep. I feel some signs for wheelchair users would be useful as maps confusing and unclear. Reptile and butterfly house are accessible, but you'll need help with the doors. There definitely needs work on paths and signage. Unfortunately the gift shop you gave to go through on exit, is poorly set out, I couldn't look at everything on offer due to being terrified of knocking things over, very cramped, not very accessible. And on exit, again I can manage in my power chair, but ramp is not flush at the bottom and if your in manual, you may find yourself going down quicker than you'd like.
Toilets
Can't comment as I did not use the toilets.
Staff
Staff were ok, only staff I really came across were in shop at exit.
