Overview
We spent a happy morning at the arboretum and could have stayed much longer. The natural environment is beautiful, There are spaces for picnics, a cafe, a visitors' centre and lots of walks. https://heritageireland.ie/places-to-visit/the-john-f-kennedy-arboretum/
Transport & Parking
We drove, and there are accessible parking spaces.
Access
I was feeling tired on the day, so I went to the visitors' centre and then to the picnic area. My husband and son (who are not disabled) went on a circular walk. It would apparently have been manageable for me with a bit of help (the odd push, now and again), and with the use of my (non powered) third wheel add on. Accessible routes were well marked on the map.
Toilets
Fantastic toilet with grab rails in the visitors' centre.
