KFC for all
This KFC is wheelchair accessible.
Has a disabled toilet on the ground floor which has a lot of space to move with a pram or wheelchair.
Although a lot of them are locked and you have to ask staff for the key.
This may be something to consider when attending the store. Will you be able to communicate your need for the key to staff.
Most KFC's have disabled push buttons at the door to allow access, although these often break and yo umay need someone to open the door for you.
The KFC is open and spacious there are not seats specific for disabled access you may need someone to pull away a chair in order for you to sit with your friends comfortably at the table.
The front counter of most KFC's have a lowered counter to allow for wheel chair users to get closer to the staff for easy money and food hand over.
This food place is not table service, although many staff member don't mind bringing food over to the table if the customer if unable to carry the tray themselves, all you have to do is ask :)
This store if busy before 11-1 and also after 3-7. These times it may be loud and the staff may not have time to provide one on one customer service to the best of their ability , due to their other responsibilities. It will be loud during these times. Some KFC's provide colouring in sheets with crayons for children.
Please educate the staff on what you need from them as a service users so they know for next time, as a staff member myself I know we always remember our regulars.
