You know what you're getting at Krispy Kreme and, in most cases, that's a doughnut and a coffee. I swung by this store on a trip to Birmingham and, whilst it has a few helpful accessibility features, only one of the two doors was open, making it quite a squeeze for wheelchair users or those with mobility aids.
Disabled Access In and Around
Average
As I've mentioned, only one of the two doors was held open. The second was bolted shut. This is a pet hate of mine, as I can't understand why you wouldn't just open both doors. It's a choice and a bad one at that. Inside, there is enough room for users of most mobility aids, although a scooter might be a bit of a challenge. There is a lowered counter at the till and a hearing loop. No other alternative formats were in use.
Accessible facilities: Single-level venue, Step-free entrance
Parking & Transport
Good
I travelled to this place by train
As the store is located in a train station, with local bus and tram links and a car park nearby, parking and transport options are pretty good.
Accessible Toilets
There are no toilets at this venue, but you'll find accessible toilet and a Changing Places toilet within the station.
