I'll be honest, access isn't really a priority here. I couldn't get into the bar area due to the steps. We pulled up and sat outside. Service was good enough, and it's a wee bit expensive compared to bars off the main walking route. The high point was the terrible Lord of the Rings characters, made from whatever they could find - although most are inside.

There's no step-free access but plenty of space to sit outside when the weather allows. Table service is provided.
