Good
I'm T12 Complete, ultralight chair user. Amazing breakfast. Temporary ramp up 5 stairs to enter. Kinda steep but doable. Room has roll in shower. I used a plastic pool chair to bathe. Room is large enough to roll around. Toilet has good space on either side for toilet chair, but kind of a small toilet. No grab rails for toilet or shower. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Plans were mentioned to build permanent ramp and better access to bathroom (kind of a tight turn to enter).
Disabled Access In and Around
Poor
No disabled signs. This is not "ADA". But - it works.
Parking & Transport
Poor
No designated Wheel chair spots. Curb cut near door.
Accessible Toilets
Poor
Clean and tidy. Room for 1, maybe two if you squeeze. No rails. But it worked for me as a manual chair user.
Staff
Excellent
Very friendly. Didn't ask for much but have the impression that they would do anything they could to help. Not "ADA" literate.
Additional Information
Recommend as a manual chair user. Place was referred to me by a powerchair user, so I guess it works for him. But I am not exactly sure how.
