Overview

Excellent facilities which met and exceeded our expectations. Everything you needed for the less able bodied within our party. Nothing was too much trouble. They even recommended True Care Domicillary Care who also were excellent and provided a fantastic service.

Transport & Parking

We were able to park directly outside the cottage which was a bonus with ramps to allow easy access.

Access

Everything was within easy reach and the rooms were accessible. There are ramps at each exit so where ever you are in the property, those using a wheelchair or who have walking difficulties can easily get outside,

Toilets

Very accessible for wheelchair users. All grab rails in place to allow the user to feel safe and able to assist themselves to mobilise as well.

Staff

Jane and Stuart were helpful and friendly, offering advice when needed.

This is the first time we have had to find a cottage with disabled facilities but it was excellent providing a home from home experience.
