Access
The store is small, well-lit and has no barriers or steps. The aisles vary in width but can all accommodate two people standing side by side. The outer door is manual, while the inner door is automatic. See photos for details. There is a dining area where customers can heat up food and have hot drinks. The chairs can be moved. There is background music and advertising playing in the background.
Toilets
This store has a spacious and clean accessible toilet. The side transfer space is clear of bins and other equipment. The toilet has grab rails but no emergency cord. The toilet lock is fitted at knee height on the sliding door. There is an extra sink inside the accessible toilet as well as a mirror. The main sink is outside of the toilet.
Staff
Polite and helpful, but you will need to understand basic Japanese as they do not speak English.

This shop is one of over 14,000 Lawson convenience stores nationwide, all shops are open 24/7 with reduced opening hours on New Year's Day only. There is free WiFi available and the dining area has microwaves and kettles for customers to use. There is also a cash machine which accepts UK/European cards - but be aware that Japanese banks often charge handling fees on ATM transactions outside of weekday business hours.
