Overview
Pleasant hour or so spent looking around this large garden outlet, offering so much help when considering anything for the home and garden. We found parking easy enough, although a few more disabled bays would be so helpful, we only found three actual spaces, and of course, everyone wants to get as near to the entrance as possible, which means a bit of a push for a carer to get wheelchairs and people into the store. When inside, we found it reasonable say to get around as in general there was enough wide passageways to push the chair around. The quality of goods was very good, no rubbish here, but a little expensive, but just keeping in line with other such stores. It was quite easy to move wheelchair around , but might need a good driver to get a large scooter to find a passage through in some areas. Certainly a good selection of goods for those little extras for the home and garden, so we found it an interesting visit.
Transport & Parking
Reasonably easy to find bays, but more actual disabled bays would be handy, as only three bays could be seen.
Access
Found it comfortable enough to move the chair around the various stalls and counters, and most items could be seen easily enough from the chair.
Toilets
Very easy to find, well signed, but it is a cubicle for use, and a wheelchair user could cope. It is not very big in the cubicle, and large scooters would we feel struggle, especially if they do not like reversing scooter to get out of cubicle.
Staff
So so, busy, so could not spend time on little chats in support of a disabled person, but no complaints.
