I am a disabled person. I have experience of challenges around: a hidden impairment and moving around.

Excellent
Tucked away in the pedestrianised area off Channel Street we found Lloyds. Easy to walk straight past as the entrance is tucked away around the corner.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
Once you find the door the rest is easy. An automated door slides open to let you in the shop. Once inside there's plenty of space to move around and see what you need.
Parking & Transport
Good
Handy situated just off Channel Street as you walk through the pedestrian precinct toward the bus station.
Accessible Toilets
Good
AS a shop there aren't toilets but a the nearby Interchange (bus and train station) has accessible loos as well as a Changing Places toilet.
