Transport & Parking

The reception has a blue badge holder Bay

Access

Reception , shop and cafe have ramped access, wide enough for a mobility scooter or wheelchair. An all ability trail has recently been constructed in the woodland area by the Loch.

Toilets

The toilet and shower have well placed grab rails. There is a sturdy chair with arms for getting dressed. Automatic soap and paper towel dispenser are well placed.The floor has a very safe surface when wet . The mirror is by the hairdryer and is long enough for use sitting or standing .Spacious and warm too..

Staff

The franchises Lyn and Donald were very friendly, cheerful and helpful , as were all their staff

There is a takeaway serving good locally sourced food. We chose the Scottish Stovie for our evening meal, excellent. They are a new building so facilities are likely to be even better. There are pods on site, one will be fitted specifically with the needs of people with disability in mind. We will definitely go back!
