I am a disabled person and a carer or friend of a disabled person. I have experience of challenges around: a hidden impairment, accessing toilets, moving around and understanding.

Loved the accessible toilet door swings both ways. All the doors do actually. Heavy doors at the entrance and to access the cafe from the fruit and veg are the only downside.

Nicest accessible loo I've seen so far. Doors open both ways, lots of grab rails (two grab rails by the toilet) and a Dyson hand dryer - safe for my crutches. I was really impressed.

Excellent
Special shout out to the staff. Many have special needs and are experienced with autism. (loch Arthur trains people with autism and intellectual disabilities in how to be farmers, cheese makers, butchers and bakers. The place is famous locally for making amazing food. All organic. Tastes good, grown locally, does good)
