So... the terminal was closed when I got there, but I was not going to let that stop me from writing a review based on what I could access. Consider this a spoiler-free review of the internal access and accessible toilet.
Disabled Access In and Around
There are automatic folding doors at the entrance to the terminal building, leading to the waiting room. The room is spacious and lined with soft leather/pleather-backed chairs. The waiting room has great views of the water thanks to the large windows. I also found another spot to sit by going around the side of the building, where there is a wooden bench. Nice for those bright days when you have time to kill. There is a ticket office, but due to a lack of publicly available information on this, I cannot say if it has a lowered counter or a hearing loop. The original Euan’s Guide venue listing does highlight the presence of braille literature, this is provided by CalMac.
Accessible facilities: Single-level venue, Step-free entrance
Parking & Transport

I travelled to this place by personal vehicle
There are two accessible parking spaces just outside, though they are on a bend. The spaces are really just long bays with a wheelchair symbol painted in the middle of them and are side-on to the entrance. There are 18 loading lanes, which feels excessive, though they are doubled up. There are two EV charging bays, but they are pretty wild, to be frank. The lines are all over the place, including across the pavement, and I am not even sure the cables could reach a car if you parked in the vague suggestion of bays that exist here. If you are somehow able to make this work for you, the unit provides 50 kW CCS, 50 kW CHAdeMO and 22 kW Type 2 charging.
Accessible facilities: Electric Vehicle Charging, Drop-off or pick up point, Dedicated on-site parking
Accessible Toilets
There is an accessible toilet at the terminal as well as standard gendered toilets. As I wasn't able to view them, it's not fair to rate this section.
