Excellent

lovely pool with good access & facilities. great for a family swim, flumes & a wave machine. Not so good for lane swimming especially during busy times. waves can be quite high so if you are a weak swimmer. get into the side when you hear the siren! on the plus side, the steam room & sauna are both big enough to accommodate the shower chair. the changing area is very posh :-)

Disabled Access In and Around

Excellent

the changing room is quite large & well equipped & easily accessed. there is no pool hoist but the pool a beach type access area so the shower chair can go right in the pool.

Parking & Transport

Excellent

there are three disabled parking spaces close to the entrance. access is up a gentle slope & the doors open automatically.

Accessible Toilets

Excellent

the changing room has a fixed bench. shower & toilet with grab rails not to mention posh soap & lotion free of charge

Staff

Excellent

staff seem nice enough.

Additional Information

great value if you are a hotel resident or have a high life highland card but a bit steep otherwise. really lovely place and setting though so probably worth it.
