Food and service were great. Access was a little restricted and the red pull cord is broken.

The entry was a bit obstructed by the 'Wait here to be seated' sign - I had to turn sideways to go past with 2 walking sticks, and would have had to ask for it to be moved for a wheelchair or scooter.

The accessible loo is next to the entrance, large, not obstructed, and kept clean. The red pull cord is broken off near the ceiling. I mentioned it 2 weeks ago and was told it had just been broken and a replacement was on the way. It was also broken in exactly the same way a year ago.
