Overview
Why do we have to put up with baby changing facilities in disabled toilets? Far too often I've been bursting to go to the toilet, and had to wait for ages because someone is changing their baby there. First of all, a toilet is not the cleanest of places to change a baby, and secondly, more often than not people leave the place in a state. I don't want to have to clean up before I go to the loo, or worry about hygiene. One of my bug bears. Why can't changing facilities for children be in a separate cubicle, instead of blocking toilets which we need? As a wheelchair user, because I'm seldom on my feet, my bladder is far less adept at "holding on", and surely this should be recognised?
