Tables cluttered close together staff seem busy not overly aware of access difficulties

getting in to cafe not to bad first floor at the front via small lift.

0parking faraway across bridge and river.
Accessible Toilets
Average
Good size decent toilet, hidden in the men's section by the shorts not actually in the cafe. Right sided for wheelchair user transfers. Sloping roof could cause difficulties for tall people

Poor
Generally staff in M&S tend to be good, but seem very busy in cafe, lack of general Disabilty awareness
