Overview

MS Food hall in Coatbridge is one of the units in the Faraday retail park. its is like any other MS Food hall and has the normal range of food you would expect from MS. The store has good signage to different areas such as fresh fruit and veg to ready meals.

Transport & Parking

The retail park has a large car park and there is some Blue badge spaces available at the front of this store however these to fill up very quickly at times. The nearest public transport is the bus stops out on South Circular Road from this store this is a good 10mins walking. you can get bus to local Coatbridge areas as well as buses to other towns in Lanarkshire and Glasgow from these stops.

Access

The store has a wide entrance and you then go to your left through automatic doors to enter the store then a quick right turn. The display units run across the store and a typical of MS or any food retailer. There is good signage in the store and the aisles were clear to move up and down. As you would expect some items were on higher selves.

Toilets

There are customer toilets available these are on the left hand side of the store as you go in. You go through one door from the shop floor area then you will see the accessible toilet in front of you a good basic accessible toilet. There was a red cord available sadly this had been cut and was just short of the floor.

Staff

The staff will do what they can to assist you the store was busy but the staff were still happy to assist people with in the store.

There is also a café in this store however we did not visit this during or time in the store.
