A large open plan store with friendly, helpful staff!

Transport & Parking

There is no parking specifically for this store however there are bus stops just along from the store and vehicles are able to pull up outside for easy access to and from transport.

Access

The front of the store itself is all one level and has some automatic doors that make it easily accessible for people, as well as this they have a side door which is also automatic but has a ramp for access to and from the store. There are lifts which are accessible and very spacious that allow access to every floor within the store. There are disabled fitting rooms available which are easily accessible and are spacious whilst fitted with the equipment that maybe needed. The fitting rooms also have an alarm system within them.

Toilets

There are three disabled toilets within this store. All are spacious and have appropriate equipment within them including rails and an alarm system. Whilst in store this alarm system was activated and the first aid staff responded quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately the toilets are located on the top (3rd) floor. There are lifts to get to this floor however which are spacious also.

Staff

The staff were polite, friendly and willing to help as I walked around the store. When the alarm was activated from the disabled toilets the first aid staff responded quickly and efficiently which I was very impressed with.
