A large retailer of Men, women , Children's ware as well as home items The Coatbridge store is located in the local retail park the store is large and has good signage to point to each area, The main aisle as you go in were clear and it was easy to move around the store.
Disabled Access In and Around

The main aisle of the store are clear and signage to the different areas with in the store are also good However as you might expect once you get in near to display stands or rails space can be an issue for a wheelchair user some goods are at a height that might also be an issue for some people.
Parking & Transport
Average
There are Blue Badge spaces to the left of the main entrance to the store however these can fill up fast during busy periods of time. The main busy stops are located out on South Circular Road from here you can get local buses as well as services to other parts of Lanarkshire as well as Glasgow. This is a good ten minute walk from this store
Accessible Toilets
Average
Toilets are located on the right hand side of the store as you enter the store there is no signage for the toilets You go through a door from the store area to the toilets this opens outwards. The accessible toilet is located to the right as you enter this area it is a good basic accessible toilet with grip rails on both sides. However the cover is missing from the toilet paper holder so if you do go to use paper it rolls and ends up on the floor.

Staff are very friendly

This is a well known retailer so people will be aware of what to expect etc.
