This was where we went for our staff ‘Christmas Do’ - we played Crazy Golf. I have ME, this includes Orthostatic Intolerance, I have also become (to my great disgust) intolerant to alcohol, I also don’t deal with bright lights and sound all that well. I understand why bars only have one non-alcohol beer (space costs money) but selfishly I do wish there was a choice. Anyway, I bought my only option (not really being one for sweet drinks) - I think it was Heineken 0.0 which I’ve got used to now. The crazy golf was up stairs - I think there’s a lift, but you’d need to check. They were a bit alarmed at first to learn one of us was disabled, but happily brought a plastic chair and assured us we could place it anywhere on the crazy golf pitch (which we did) - sometimes a chair is all that’s needed (unless another staff member decides to use it!!!) Other than that, for me, it was fine - I did have to deal with the fluorescent lights and sound a bit, but it wasn’t too bad. I do think, if we had prearranged it, we could have had it switched off - the staff seemed friendly enough. Other groups were before and after us though and it would have altered their experience. Honestly I can’t see a wheelchair user using this particular game - but perhaps that’s my lack of imagination. Each hole was separated by a ridge - there was a lot of stepping up and down into the different (not deep) levels.

Oh! Lots of steps! I don’t remember any signs, and lots of lights and sounds. I think there might be lift access though.
Parking & Transport
Average
This is in the pedestrian area of Hereford. I believe there are buses that stop by Tesco only a few minutes away, the train is a distance. I am still able to cycle and chained my bike right outside.
Staff
Average
I didn’t interact much with the staff, but when I did they were lovely.
