Offers accessible rooms but isn't really accessible New

Overview
There are a few disabled parking spaces and i was able to get an accessible room, however, I was thankful I was able to use my crutches as my self propelled wheelchair would not have managed the slope to the entrance or the internal slope to the lifts. The room was accessible to a degree, a shower seat was available, but no bars at the toilet and a step to enter the shower
Transport & Parking

Access
Slope down to the entrance is quite steep. There is a lip to the entrance doors. Inside the reception is accessible but the route to the room is up a steep slope to the lifts and rooms. This wouldn't be possible for me in a self propelled chair. The room is accessible but doesn't have a lowered peephole. The bathroom contains a shower seat but requires a step into the shower, and the toilet doesn't have additional bars
