Overview

Millions of m&m's! Four whole floors dedicated to these sweets, in the Leicester Square store. Everything you could have ever wanted (and probably quite a lot you don't!) in the m&m style. From sweet selection boxes, cuddly toys, to pyjamas and ornaments! Very colourful, and fun to have a look at.

Transport & Parking

Is in central London so driving and parking could be difficult. Lots of public transport nearby; buses, taxis and underground (Leicester Square nearest underground) but depends on your own needs which is most suitable.

Access

The lift was out of order on our visit, this why my rating is low. People in wheelchairs could only access the ground floor due to this. Usually can use lift to access all four floors, also stairs to these. Busy store, with people but also colours and music. Added to the atmosphere, but could be overwhelming for some.

Toilets

I was not aware of any toilets.

Staff

Enthusiastic staff. At times interactions could feel like a performance/scripted, but overall seemed approachable and helpful. When we were there, two m&m mascots and staff were dancing to music. Children were encouraged to join in. All seemed to be having fun!

Anything else you wish to tell us?

Quite expensive shop. Fun to visit, various big model m&ms and things to do.
