Excellent

Stopped here on way to Wolverhampton. It was a Friday afternoon and the place was pretty quiet. All the sorts of fast foods that make it a convenient stop for travellers- and choices of toilets!

Disabled Access In and Around

Excellent

Automatic doors to get into the services and clean laminate floors. Lots of space to get about and plenty of seating options.

About 5 accessible parking bays with zebra crossing and dropped kerbs out front.

Accessible Toilets

Good

Changing places toilet, opened with radar key, containing closomat toilet, hoist, height adjustable sink and height adjustable chnage table. The toilet was really clean. The hoist had been serviced in a timely fashion. The only detractor was the emergency red cord was cut off very high and unreachable. I attached a red cord card to it, hopefully someone can get it repaired soon. There was also an accessible toilet in the venue, also opened via radar key. This was a gem! Very clean and also nice to see two shelves in there for people needing space for stoma changes or anything else. Quite a roomy accessible loo and very clean. Nice contrasting grab rails.

I didn't meet any staff, but they sure are keeping the loos nice and clean!
