Excellent
Attended for COVID booster and flu jab. Well organised , and smooth flow through the procedures. Boosted by army personnel supporting nursing staff to administer vaccinations
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
Totally flat, doors were open, so unsure if automatic. Some distance to walk round to clinical areas, but volunteer staff on hand to arrange transport in a chair for those with mobility restrictions Clear signage on floor to guide round what would other wise have been a confusing entry and exit system

Dedicated accessible parking at the door Public transport bus stop in front of building
Accessible Toilets
0Accessible toilets on site, but did not visit Changing Places toilet in main building next door
Staff
Excellent
All staff very helpful and supportive. Staff at entrance for guidance. As mentioned the army were brought in to support the vaccination programme, and were exceptionally, friendly and professional
