Excellent

Accessible castle and grounds with free to use mobility scooters helpful staff and great display flights of owls and birds of prey

Disabled Access In and Around

Excellent

Able to transfer from wheelchair to scooter at prearranged point. Able to access ground floor of the castle with an interactive computer showing what I couldn't see upstairs. Scooter easily coped with grass and inclines that I couldn't do in my manual chair

Parking & Transport

Excellent

Disabled parking in coach park area. Plenty of spaces

Accessible Toilets

Excellent

Only used one disabled toilet which was large enough to drive in and out on the scooter

Staff

Excellent

Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable
